Embassy Training Center is led by a team of passionate instructors, leaders, and ministry partners who are committed to equipping people for growth in life, leadership, faith, and purpose. With diverse experience in ministry, education, business, wellness, and community development, our team brings practical insight and a heart to serve. Together, we are dedicated to creating classes and resources that help individuals, leaders, ministries, businesses, and communities take meaningful next steps.
Arthur Ledlie
Executive Director
Arthur serves as the Executive Director of The Embassy, ​​a Kingdom Ministry training institute, and also facilitates organizational development, communications, urban development, evangelism projects, church planting, and missions for churches and nonprofit organizations.

Currently, Arthur is the President and CEO of Bridge Networks, a leadership training, housing, and resource organization. He is the vice president of Metro World Child, a New York-based organization serving over 150,000 children in five countries and New York City. Arthur was previously the CEO/Founder of the Metropolitan World Outreach Center of Southwest Detroit, the executive director of The Good News Gang Metro, a Detroit urban children's evangelism organization, the CEO and president of Western Storage and Warehouse, Inc., and the president of Mainstream (Suburban and Urban Youth Coalition). 
Shari Ledlie
Principle Administrator
She is an accredited minister and the author of Atticus, a children's book focusing on self-esteem and inner healing, and the teacher's supplement, Lessons From Atticus. Shari has also written additional programs and seminars in fitness, Ucount, along with life discipleship for urban youth: The Challenge and JV Masters. She is the author and presenter of a deliverance course seminar that transforms trauma into triumph and details her liberation from childhood sexual abuse, bitterness, and forgiveness, titled "Walking in Wholeness." Shari holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Life Education from Spring Arbor University and is also a licensed minister. Arthur and Shari have been married for 42 years and have two adult children, Paul (Elizabeth) and Jessica (Timothy John), and seven grandchildren.
Marvin Tobar
Director & Lead Instructor of Central America
Marvin Tobar  is a singer-songwriter and preacher of the Word of God, whose expertise lies in teaching topics related to music ministry, praise, and worship within the Body of Christ. His experience in this area led him to become the worship pastor of one of the first megachurches in Guatemala City, as well as a missionary in the area of ​​praise and worship, ministering to churches in Central and North America and Colombia. He has taught biblical studies at Christian educational institutions, designing course materials, and providing counseling and support to students and parents facing family conflicts. For over a year, he pastored a growing congregation on the outskirts of Guatemala City. He served the Lord in the community of the Zone 3 landfill, designing biblical-family development plans and sharing the gospel with the 12,000 people living in poverty and extreme poverty there. He also supported local pastors with instruction and biblical support materials, working for the Potter's House Association. He has supported Christian education programs and provided student counseling to scholarship recipients of the PROVEE Christian Association in Guatemala City. He leads an itinerant ministry in teaching the Word and ministering praise, through which the gift of preaching has expanded in his life.He has been married to his wife Maria Luisa for 20 years, with whom he had his 17-year-old son, Pablo Emanuel.
Michael Krowisz
Curriculum Director
Michael Krowisz has served in the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1978. Over the years, Michael has developed a strong passion for serving the Body of Christ and activating the vision and calling within each believer. Michael received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He has taught in elementary school and coached junior and senior high school students. For 11 years, he worked as an adult education teacher in Detroit Public Schools, teaching students from ages 18 to 90. Michael received his initial biblical training at Berea Bible School in Springfield, Missouri. He graduated with a Certificate in Bible and Doctrine in 1986. In 2016, he received his Master of Science in Biblical Studies (MBS) from Golden State School of Theology. He joined the staff of Detroit World Outreach (DWO) in 1993 as an associate pastor. During Michael's tenure at DWO, he has served in a variety of ministries, including evangelism, discipleship, and men's ministry. He has been part of nearly 100 local, state, and national outreaches that resulted in thousands of decisions for Christ. Michael has led discipleship programs for adults and students in Christian schools. He has been the lead teacher and author for several of DWO's ministerial training programs, including the Teachers Commission, Ministers in Training, and the Ministerial Development Institute. As the team leader for DWO's men's ministry, Michael has contributed to the development of a men's ministry training manual that is being used in other churches. Michael currently serves as the lead teacher for the Embassy's Ministerial Life Career program. He is married to his wife, Toni. They have three adult children: Jonathan, David, and Jessica. Michael and Toni reside in Van Buren Township, Michigan.
